In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods or wish to cancel your order, you may return them to me within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
We DO NOT offer a free returns service and all returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless through an error by ourselves or through a faulty product.
Firstly, can we ask that you email email@example.com to inform us that an item is being returned.
Please ensure that the goods are in their original condition including all tags attached. I am unable to accept return if tags have been removed or if boxes are damaged due to poor return packaging.
Please include the returns form on the back of your invoice with your items or a note of your name and address.
Returns outside of the 14 day return policy shall be refunded less shipping costs unless due to an error on our part where a replacement shall be sent or a full refund given.
Exchanges are permitted but will incur another shipping charge.
Refunds will be given by the same method as the original payment was made in.
