Frequently Asked Questions

We usually despatch your order within one working day. You will receive an notification as soon as your order is despatched.

We use Royal Mail 48 hour delivery for our standard delivery orders, but if you select Express delivery we will use Royal Mail 24 to speed up the delivery of your order. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is despatched. Occassionally if your order is heavy we may have to use a courier to deliver, but this is rare.

Most orders are sent without requesting a signature upon delivery unless it is a high value item. All our orders do have a tracking number so we are aware when the order has been delivered, minimising the need for a signature

You will receive a tracking number but this only shows when your order has been delivered, or if an attempt to deliver has been made. If you would like a fully tracked service please choose the fully tracked shipping option
