Kiddymania® Loves the Planet and uses Biodegradable packing whenever possible*
(*unless sent via suppliers directly and occasional orders which we are unable to earth friendly package).

We will despatch your order quickly but the delivery times are not guaranteed so please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive. It is advisable to have your order delivered to an address where somebody is available to sign for your order as most orders will need to be signed for. The courier does not deliver at the weekends.

*Usual delivery times are a general quidline and may vary due to any circumstances which are out of our control. Once the orders have been passed to the delivery providers we are no longer responsible for delivery time. For Express despatch we guarantee to despatch the same day, but once the order is with the courier delivery time is out of our control and cannot guarantee a delivery day.
For Express delivery or standard £4.95 rate your order will be sent with Interlink Express unless outside of their delivery area. Please be aware that their delivery times are between 7am and 7pm. Should you require an order leaving with a neighbour please specify on the comments of your order.
The Express delivery option may not always be available and if this is the case the option will NOT appear at checkout.
*If Royal Mail or Interlink returns an item to us due to a customer not collecting it from Royal Mail or the courier, or if a carrier has to redeliver we reserve the right to recharge the return postage cost.
Courier delivery available to UK mainland and excludes Highlands and Islands – in this case a suitable alternative will be made. Orders sent directly from a supplier may not be available for courier delivery
We endeavour to send orders paid for using the online payment service within 2 days of order, however, it is likely that your order shall be shipped quicker than this, unless ordered during busy periods. Items which are specially ordered or made to order may take longer to ship. Should this be the case, a note of expected shipping times are clearly marked upon the item.
We use HDNL courier network on a 72 hour service for our standard method of postage (or if your order is under £10 we send by Royal Mail) but cannot guarantee a delivery day. Should you need your order urgently please upgrade to Express Delivery and this will be delivered within 2 working days but will need a signature. If you are out the courier will leave you a card with instructions of how to get your order redelivered.
Courier delivery is only available for UK mainland orders and excludes Highlands and Islands. If this is the case your order will be sent by an appropriate alternative.
Wherever possible orders will be sent is boxes and shall be pleasantly packaged inside in tissue paper, but some items which are unable to be boxed will be sent in secure mailing envelopes. Orders sent directly from the supplier may not be sent in mailing boxes, but their own packaging. Some orders sent by courier will be in courier packaging and may not be boxed
In busy periods, if there is a very rare occassion where an item is sold out a close alternative may be sent on approval. Should you not wish to receive an alternative please put a note in the comments box at checkout.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
EXPRESS DELIVERY UPGRADE – FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY (NOT INTERNATIONAL).
Should you need your order more quickly please place your order before 12 noon for same day despatch but we cannot guarantee a delivery day but should be delivered in 1 - 2 days after despatch of your order.
This would be made via Courier and would require a signature, so please ensure that somebody will be available to accept the order.
Standard mail is NOT a method for Express delivery. Some items are unavailable for Express delivery. These items are clearly marked.
IMPORTANT NOTE
During times where there may be staff shortages – in particular during school holiday time – the Express Delivery option may not be available. If this is the case you will not see the Express Delivery option at checkout.
Kiddymania® and Dollymania can only guarantee that express delivery orders will be despatched the same day if orders are placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after this time will be counted as the next days orders.
Kiddymania® and Dollymania are not responsible for the order once it has been placed in the hands of Royal Mail or any courier. Claims for failure to deliver must be taken up with either Royal Mail or the courier and not Kiddymania® or Dollymania.
If the receiver of the goods is not available to sign for the delivery this is the responsibility of the customer and not Kiddymania® or Dollymania.
There is a standard charge of £7.95 for normal UK mainland shipping rates for Express delivery. The Highlands and Ireland may incur an extra charge depending upon location-please email if unsure.
Items where next day delivery is not available or where time restrictions apply are clearly marked on the description of the item. Please check before selecting Express delivery
Orders must be received strictly by 12 noon. Any orders taken after 12 noon will be counted as the following days orders and will not be despatched until the next day.
Orders taken on Friday before 12 noon will be posted on Friday but orders taken after 12 noon will be posted on Monday.
Orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday.
Express delivery does not include Saturday delivery.
You will need to sign for items on Express delivery so please ensure that you will be available to sign for your delivery. A telephone number will also be needed.
Delivery shall be made by Yodel or Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided upon request.

Collection from our premises
Collection is available from our premises but we do need you to contact us first for the collection code and also to arrange for your goods to be collected as we are not alway in the unit.
Collection orders still need to be placed online and paid for through the payment gateway or by payment upon collection. Payment on collection must be made by cheque with a valid bankers card, cash or will be made through out payment gateway at time of collection. Our payment gateway is an online system.
International rates:
IMPORTANT
Please select the shipping for international postage at checkout and NOT the Express delivery option. Express delivery is NOT available for International orders.
Failure to pay for the correct postage will cause a delay in despatching your order and a Paypal invoice for the difference will be sent to you. Only upon receipt of the correct postage will your order be despatched.
Please Note that we deliver to UK, Europe, and Worldwide with the Exception of America and Canada.
Italy has been banded as the same price as the Rest of the World as we have to send these orders by courier as standard airmail does not reach Italy.

Please note : these postage rates apply to orders weighing below 2kg as this is the maximum weight allowable to be sent via Air Mail.
Should your order exceed 2kg extra postage charges may be incurred. You will be emailed with the extra cost should this situation arise.
Only Paypal or Protx online secure payment methods are accepted from overseas buyers. No international money orders etc. Prices on this site are charged in UK pounds sterling. Buyers abroad please note that Kiddymania® or Dollymania are not responsible for any conversion rates or charges to your own currency.
We are unable to send large items overseas. These items will be clearly marked.
Failure to pay for the correct postage will prevent your order from being sent.
PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

UK orders can be paid for via the secure online payment system. Paypal payments can be taken through the payment system.
Our Payment Gateway is powered by Sagepay which is a secure payment gateway.
Overseas orders must be paid for via the online payment system or Paypal. No international money orders.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods or wish to cancel your order, you may return them to me within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
Firstly, can we ask that you email sales@kiddymania.co.uk to inform me that an item is being returned.
Please ensure that the goods are in their original condition including all tags attached. I am unable to accept return if tags have been removed or if boxes are damaged due to poor return packaging.
Please include the returns form on the back of your invoice with your items or a note of your name and address.
Returns outside of the 7 day return policy shall be refunded less shipping costs unless due to an error on our part where a replacement shall be sent or a full refund given.
Exchanges are permitted but will incur another shipping charge.
Refunds will be given by the same method as the original payment was made in.
